Maar is dat wel waar marketing recruitment om draait: om het vinden van mensen? Ik denk van niet. Zorg er met marketing recruitment juist voor dat mensen jóu vinden, dan zijn je kandidaten veel waardevoller! Lees hieronder de 6 tips om marketing recruitment voor jouw bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te tillen.** ## 1. Benader talent nooit koud Linkedin is het walhalla voor recruiters: boordevol waardevolle informatie en een verzameling aan potentiële kandidaten. Je stuurt op een hele laagdrempelige manier iemand een berichtje met een vacature die perfect bij hem of haar zou passen. Of erger: er wordt een geautomatiseerd bericht gestuurd. Zit die persoon wel op jouw bericht en vacature te wachten? Zorg ervoor dat je weet of mensen open staan voor een nieuwe baan en beter nog: laat ze zelf op zoek gaan! ## 2. Laat talent jóu vinden, niet andersom Besteed je tijd dus liever aan warme potentiële kandidaten en zorg dat ze jou vinden. Ga uit van de kracht van het bedrijf. Als je hierin investeert, creëer je een structurele stroom aan potentiële kandidaten, in plaats van tijdens piekmomenten wanneer er een vacature open staat. Hoe? Door het creëren van content in de vorm van blogs, video, foto’s etc. ## 3. Creëer waardevolle content Zoals ik hierboven al zei, kun je er eigenlijk niet meer omheen om content te creëren om zo je bedrijf op de kaart te zetten. Bedenk waar je doelgroep naar op zoek is en wat ze willen zien, en creëer content: - Laat werknemers bijvoorbeeld blogs schrijven (of beter nog: video’s maken!) over hun werkweek; - Bied een kijkje achter de schermen met personeelsuitjes; - Geef inzicht in de klanten en klantcases. Je laat daarmee niet alleen zien waarom het zo leuk is om bij jouw bedrijf te komen werken, maar je zorgt er ook voor dat het bedrijf vindbaar wordt voor potentiële kandidaten. ## 4. Zorg voor transparantie Als je iets online wil kopen dan ga je vaak zelf op onderzoek uit. Zo werkt het ook als je een baan zoekt. Potentiële werknemers bekijken in veel gevallen eerst het bedrijf online. Gun die potentiële werknemers een kijkje in de keuken. De eerste indruk is cruciaal, transparant zijn is het halve werk: laat bijvoorbeeld [zien wie er werkt](https://www.bureauvet.nl/vet/onze-medewerkers) en zorg dat de Social kanalen up to date zijn. ## 5. Trotse medewerkers Wanneer de medewerkers van een bedrijf trots zijn om voor het bedrijf te werken, dan willen ze dit ook uitstralen naar de buitenwereld: zo delen ze berichten op Social media, praten trots over hun werk en helpen zo onbewust mee om nieuw personeel te werven. Wanneer je investeert in de huidige medewerkers, investeer je indirect in de recruitment voor het bedrijf. ## 6. Verleid kandidaten tot een sollicitatie Als je al het bovenstaande hebt ingezet, is het alleen nog de kunst om kandidaten daadwerkelijk te laten solliciteren. Creëer de juiste conversiepunten en maak solliciteren makkelijk. Zijn ze nog niet klaar om te solliciteren? Zorg er dan voor dat ze geboeid blijven in het bedrijf! Bied ze bijvoorbeeld waardevolle content aan in ruil voor hun gegevens en houd ze op de hoogte van vacatures en nieuwtjes via e-mail. ## Inbound Recruitment strategie Bovenstaande 6 tips sluiten naadloos aan bij een Inbound Recruitment strategie. Je gaat niet pas op zoek naar de juiste kandidaat wanneer er een vacature vrij is en deze zo snel mogelijk ingevuld moet worden, maar je werkt ernaar toe dat de kandidaten structureel voor je in de rij staan.
