Jouw marketing zorgt voor nieuwe contacten die verder opgevolgd worden om er uiteindelijk blije klanten van te maken. Alle informatie wordt verzameld zodat je een gepersonaliseerde ervaring kunt blijven bieden, terwijl je op grote schaal één-op-één relaties creëert. Dus hoe gebruik je de database om vertrouwen op te bouwen, maar ook de organisatie te laten groeien? Er zijn twee belangrijke stappen bij het gebruik van je contactendatabase: ** 1. **Houd je database altijd schoon en georganiseerd** 2. **Pas de verzamelde informatie aan om inzicht en een persoonlijke ervaring te bieden** ## Jouw database heeft onderhoud nodig Je database met contactpersonen veroudert natuurlijk elk jaar. Om succesvol in te spelen op de behoeften en de interesses van je prospects, leads en klanten, moet je om te beginnen de juiste contacten in je database hebben. De contactendatabase is waardevol, omdat het informatie bevat waarmee elke interactie kan voortbouwen op de vorige interacties. Als je contactpersonen importeert, is deze informatie op het meest basale niveau. Maar er zijn goede redenen om contacten te verwijderen om je [database schoon te houden](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/hubspot-data-clean-up), zoals spam inzendingen of contactpersonen die niet in je doelgroep zitten. Het is belangrijk dat je rekening houdt met het toekomstige interactiepotentieel van een contactpersoon voordat je deze uit je database verwijdert. Het gezond en up-to-date houden van je database moet altijd een prioriteit zijn, zodat je krachtige en contextuele conversaties kunt opzetten. Op deze manier is je contacten database de basis van elke e-mail die je verstuurt. ## Wanneer moet je de database met contactpersonen opschonen? HubSpot raadt aan de contactpersonen in je database elk kwartaal te evalueren. Stel jezelf en je team de volgende vragen: "Wanneer worden onze contactpersonen als niet-interessant beschouwd?"en "Wanneer moeten we ze verwijderen?" Dit zal helpen om voortdurend de juiste contactpersonen voor jouw organisatie aan te trekken en geen tijd te verspillen met contacten die misschien niet het beste bij jou passen. Het tweede onderdeel is het aanpassen van je database. Dit is waar je aangepaste velden creëert voor contactpersonen, organisaties, deals, tickets en producteigenschappen om inzicht te krijgen waar jij en jouw organisatie naar op zoek zijn. ## Waarom aangepaste velden maken? Als Inbound Professional weet je dat je vertrouwen moet opbouwen. Je kunt dat vertrouwen opbouwen door personalisatie, wat betekent dat je informatie verzamelt om te gebruiken voor contextuele, zinvolle communicatie met jouw contacten. ## Waar begin je?  Verzamel leadinformatie en sla belangrijke informatie over je contactpersonen op. Leadinformatie in HubSpot heeft twee facetten: de informatie die automatisch wordt verzameld en de gegevens die je rechtstreeks van je leads en klanten verzamelt. HubSpot houdt automatisch informatie bij zoals bijvoorbeeld paginaweergaven, interacties met sociale media, e-mailmarketingcommunicatie. Je kunt deze informatie ook aanvullen door de rest van je softwaresystemen rechtstreeks te integreren met HubSpot en vervolgens te importeren. Tegelijkertijd moet je strategisch te werk gaan met je conversiestrategie om ervoor te zorgen dat je waardevolle informatie verzamelt via je formulieren, chatbots, messaging apps en enquêtes. Door deze informatie consistent te verzamelen, importeren en opschonen, creëer je een database die je zal helpen om menselijk, behulpzaam en holistisch te zijn in alles wat je doet in je inbound strategie. ## Laat je organisatie groeien met HubSpot Vergeet niet dat je database je interacties met leads en klanten menselijk maakt. Door de database schoon, georganiseerd en aangepast te houden, gebruik je de kracht van personalisatie, waardoor je jouw contacten een menselijke en behulpzame ervaring kunt bieden.
