Jouw organisatie besluit dat jullie gaan starten met HubSpot Enterprise. Voordat je aan de slag kan met Inbound Marketing en effectieve leadgeneratie moet je *up and running *zijn in HubSpot. Dat doe je via een HubSpot onboarding. Kan je een HubSpot onboarding het beste zelf doen, door HubSpot, of via een HubSpot Partner? Dat leggen wij je in deze blog uit. ** ## Wat houdt onboarding in?  Met alleen het aanschaffen van een HubSpot licentie ben je er nog niet. Eerst moet je systeem goed opgezet zijn én moet je weten hoe je met HubSpot kan werken. Daarvoor hebben we de onboarding. De HubSpot onboarding zorgt ervoor dat je zo snel en effectief mogelijk aan de slag kan met je nieuwe HubSpot-portal. Zodat jij zo snel mogelijk aan de slag kan met het behalen (of verslaan) van je bedrijfsdoelen. ## HubSpot Onboarding zelf doen Misschien denk je erover na om je HubSpot onboarding zelf uit te voeren. Behalve dat wij dit afraden, is dit ook niet mogelijk bij een Pro en Enterprise licentie. De onboarding moet voor deze licenties worden uitgevoerd door HubSpot of via een HubSpot Partner.  HubSpot heeft veel krachtige functies. De software is heel gebruiksvriendelijk, maar bij het instellen van je account kan je wel degelijk fouten maken. Zo maak je geen optimaal gebruik van de tooling en kan je later tegen (technische) problemen aanlopen. Een HubSpot expert zorgt dat je account correct ingesteld is en je team straks goed kan werken met de software. Dat is de basis voor succes! ## Onboarding door HubSpot of via een HubSpot partner Wat is dan het beste: een onboarding door hubSpot of via een HubSpot Partner? Laten we de voor- en nadelen van deze opties bekijken. ### Het proces: standaarduitvoering vs. maatwerk HubSpot werkt met een vrij gestandaardiseerd onboardingsproces. Je bespreekt met de HubSpot Implementatie Specialist jouw doelstellingen voor de software. Vervolgens krijg je via handleidingen en andere kennisbronnen informatie, waarmee je zelf de instellingen doet in jouw account. Voor vragen en advies neem je contact op met jouw implementatie specialist.                                                                                                       Een HubSpot Partner heeft meer ruimte voor individuele wensen en benodigdheden. Zo kijken we bij Bright Digital eerst via strategische onboarding workshops naar onder andere jouw doelstellingen, target markten, buyer persona’s en marketing- en salesproces. Op basis van die analyse geven we de rest van de onboarding vorm, afgestemd op de unieke benodigdheden van jouw bedrijf. ### Het instellen van jouw account: adviseren vs. uitvoeren Een groot verschil tussen onboarden via HubSpot en onboarden via een HubSpot Partner is de hoeveelheid werk die jouw team zelf moet uitvoeren. Bij een onboarding via HubSpot adviseert de specialist alleen en moet je zelf jouw account instellen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan contacten importeren, koppelingen maken met bestaande systemen en templates ontwerpen. Als jij dus een klein of drukbezet team hebt, is een onboarding via HubSpot waarschijnlijk niet de beste keuze voor jou.  Een HubSpot Partner traint jou niet alleen hoe jij HubSpot kan gebruiken, maar voert de instelling van je account ook voor je uit. Full service HubSpot Partners bieden naast HubSpot onboardings en Hubspot Support brede marketing diensten aan. Deze bedrijven kunnen jou bijvoorbeeld ook helpen bij het bouwen van een website, het opzetten van een sterke (Inbound) Marketing Strategie of een betere afstemming tussen marketing en sales. Bij HubSpot bieden ze support voor hun software, niet voor de gehele Inbound Marketing en -Sales Mix.  HubSpot is een krachtige tool, maar de tool is nooit het doel! Zonder een effectieve Inbound Strategie haal je niet het meeste resultaat uit jouw inspanningen. Door te werken met een HubSpot Partner die gespecialiseerd is in Inbound Marketing zorg jij voor kwalitatieve leads en meer omzet. Maar pas op: niet elke HubSpot Partner heeft dezelfde kwaliteiten.
