RevOps (Revenue Operations) is een strategische aanpak waarbij marketing, sales en service niet langer als losse afdelingen opereren, maar als één geïntegreerd groeiteam. Door processen, systemen en data op elkaar af te stemmen, elimineer je frictie in het commerciële proces en versnel je de omzetgroei. RevOps zorgt voor grip, samenwerking en schaalbaarheid in organisaties die willen groeien. ## Waarom is RevOps belangrijk? In veel organisaties werken teams langs elkaar heen: marketing genereert leads, sales weet niet wat ermee te doen, en service krijgt geen inzicht in de klantgeschiedenis. Dit leidt tot inefficiënte processen, gemiste kansen en frustratie. RevOps doorbreekt die silo’s. Door één waarheid in data, gedeelde doelen en centrale tooling ontstaan er soepel lopende klantprocessen, van eerste contact tot langdurige klantrelatie. ## Wie heeft baat bij RevOps?
