The SITUATION
Challenge
ICTRecht wanted a new, completely restyled website, which is clear, connects to the various target groups and offers better conversion possibilities. ICTRecht's new website needed to be improved in terms of clarity and ease of use. The website visitor should be able to quickly and easily find his or her way to the legal service he or she is looking for.
THE PROCESS
Approach & Result
Bright Digital delivered the revamped website in HubSpot CMS in early 2020, optimizing the website for the Inbound Marketing workflow. The website is connected to the HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Professional. Bright Digital provided the technical onboarding of the CRM and marketing software to optimally automate the lead generation process. HubSpot and website were delivered fully AVG compliant. The website underwent a metamorphosis in the following areas:
1. More conversions
ICTRecht.nl already had very high quality content on its website, which was already attracting a large number of visitors each month. Because we built the right conversion paths into the new website - such as clear call-to-actions, forms and landing pages - a higher number of visitors were converted to leads.
2. Responsive design
The website is designed in a scalable, responsive design. As a result, ICTRecht.nl automatically adapts to the size of each screen. So on desktop, tablet and mobile, the content and design is automatically scaled to the width of the device for an optimal experience for the website visitor.
3. Shopify integration
An integration has been realized with Shopify so that a product or service can be purchased directly from the new website. With the integration, data such as contact information from Shopify is synced with HubSpot CRM. This makes it easy to create analyses and reports for marketing.
Other features of the new ICTRecht website
The web pages are optimized for search engines by default so that the content is well ranked and therefore easily found by the target audience.
ICTRecht.nl is fully multilingual at the backend. This makes it easy to configure the website in multiple languages.
Both the website and the underlying HubSpot system are set up AVG-compliant with a correct legal base, double opt-in setup on email signups and proper setup of forms.
The website is built from multiple HubDB Databases. For example, employee information is retrieved from a central database so that it only needs to be modified in 1 location in the CMS. Same for training and education, job openings, etc.
