Dan heb je het perfecte artikel gekozen om te lezen. ** Voor veel marketeers zijn webinars namelijk een goede manier om de doelgroep te bereiken. Met een webinar of online seminar breng je kennis over door een lezing, workshop of presentatie via het internet aan te bieden. Een webinar is een geschikt medium om leads te genereren, maar dit gaat niet vanzelf. Voor het houden van een succesvolle webinar moet je aan veel zaken denken. In dit artikel deel ik zes handige tips die ervoor zorgen dat jouw webinar een succes wordt ## Tip 1. Communiceer vóór de webinar met de doelgroep Het is erg belangrijk om je doelgroep enthousiast te maken voordat de webinar daadwerkelijk plaatsvindt. Maak bijvoorbeeld een unieke [Twitter hashtag](https://www.brightdigital.com/onze-diensten/inbound-marketing) (#) voor de webinar en deel deze met jouw doelgroep. Zo creëer je een community van mensen die over hetzelfde onderwerp 'praten'. Tijdens de webinar gebruik je de hashtag voor interactie met de doelgroep: je kunt Twitter vragen beantwoorden en vragen verzamelen voor het Q&A (Questions & Answers) gedeelte. Na de webinar kun je de hashtag weer gebruiken door bijvoorbeeld onbeantwoorde vragen te behandelen en aanvullende informatie te sturen. Daarnaast is het goed om je webinar alvast aan te kondigen in een blogartikel. Probeer er via zoveel mogelijk kanalen bekendheid aan te geven. Laat de deelnemers daarbij weten dat ze eventuele vragen alvast kunnen doorgeven. Het is handig om vragen van te voren al te weten, zodat je deze in de webinar kunt behandelen. ## Tip 2. Zorg voor een 'aantrekkelijke' presentatie Door een 'aantrekkelijk' vormgegeven presentatie zorg je ervoor dat jouw deelnemers continu geïnteresseerd en nieuwsgierig blijven. Het is dus van groot belang dat je ze iets leuks geeft om naar te kijken. Maak een presentatie met veel afbeeldingen en screenshots die betrekking hebben op het onderwerp. Zet dus niet even in een halfuurtje een eenvoudige presentatie met alleen maar tekst in elkaar. Gebruik kleuren om de presentatie een frisse look te geven, maar kies wel voor een bepaald kleurenpalet en laat deze door de gehele presentatie terugkomen. ## Tip 3. Zorg voor interessante sprekers Niets is schadelijker voor een webinar dan een monotone spreker die de deelnemers vermoeit en in slaap sust. Zorg voor zelfverzekerde, energieke sprekers die interactie creëren met de deelnemers. ## Tip 4. Regel een host of moderator Een host of moderator helpt om de webinar in goede banen te leiden. Een dergelijk persoon introduceert de sprekers, verwelkomt de deelnemers, stelt eventuele vragen die tijdens de webinar voorbij komen en sluit de webinar netjes af. Kortom: een host of moderator zorgt dat de webinar zonder problemen verloopt. ## Tip 5. Versterk jouw webinar met verschillende soorten media Door verschillende soorten media aan jouw webinar toe te voegen, kun je jouw presentatie versterken en meer interactief maken. Denk aan: - het toevoegen van een korte video of animatie. - het tijdelijk delen van jouw computerscherm. - het delen van een interessante download, bijvoorbeeld een checklist. ## Tip 6. Check, check, dubbel-check Loop alle zaken nauwkeurig door voordat de webinar van start gaat. Kijk waar mogelijke (technische) problemen kunnen ontstaan en probeer ze te voorkomen door een keer proef te draaien. Kies bovendien een rustige plek uit voor de webinar.
