Hoe genereer ik leads? Dat zijn vragen die wij regelmatig krijgen. De meeste bedrijven begrijpen wel dat ze meer leads moeten verzamelen, maar weten niet waar ze moeten beginnen. Er is zoveel verschillende informatie beschikbaar op het internet (die zichzelf vaak ook nog tegenspreekt), dat zij door de bomen het bos niet meer zien. Het is dus niet voor niks dat 61% van de B2B-marketeers aangeven dat leadgeneratie een van hun grootste uitdagingen is. Om dit te veranderen, leggen wij je in deze blog uit hoe je succesvol leads kunt genereren in 2024. **** ## Leadgeneratie tip 1: Maak gebruik van een live chat Zoals je vast al is opgevallen, maakt een groot deel van de zakelijke websites tegenwoordig gebruik van [live chat](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/live-chat-op-je-website-5-tips-om-succesvol-te-starten). Dit is natuurlijk niet voor niks. Met live chat kun je direct in contact komen met websitebezoekers. Ook kun je een chatbot instellen die geautomatiseerd informatie wint over websitebezoekers die een chat aangaan. Een live chat heeft een grote impact op je organisatie, omdat er iemand moet zijn die beschikbaar is om chatberichten te ontvangen en te beantwoorden.  ## Tip 2: Start met affiliate marketing Met affiliate marketing kun je andere content creators inschakelen om leads voor jou te verzamelen. Een reisblog kan met een eigen link vakanties verkopen voor Corendon in ruil voor commissie. Of een YouTube-kanaal voor gamers kan games verkopen voor Media Markt voor een commissie. Er zijn heel veel grote merken in Nederland die aan affiliate marketing doen. Het grootste affiliate netwerk in Nederland is Daisycon. Een nadeel van affiliate marketing is dat je niet meer in de hand hebt wie er wat over je schrijft of vertelt. ## Tip 3: Neem deel aan een (vak)beurs Een beursdeelname kost vaak veel geld en het is meestal lastig te meten wat het ROI van zo’n deelname is. Toch is de beurs bij veel bedrijven nog niet uit de marketingstrategie weg te denken. Onlangs schreven wij een uitgebreide blog over hoe je inbound marketing technieken toepast op de beurs. Zo kun je de beurs deel uit laten maken van je inbound marketing strategie en krijg je beter inzicht in de resultaten. ## Tip 4: Installeer Hotjar Het kan zomaar zijn dat je website al een heleboel verkeer genereert. Dat is positief, maar het is zonde als je vervolgens op je website zelf steken laat vallen. Door tools zoals [Hotjar](https://www.hotjar.com/) in te zetten kun je het gedrag van je websitebezoekers analyseren en identificeren wat goed en minder goed werkt aan je webdesign. Op deze manier kun je je conversie op je site aanzienlijk verbeteren, waarmee je dus meer leads genereert. Hotjar is tot 1000 views gratis te gebruiken op 3 pagina's van je website.  ## Tip 5: Schrijf gastblogs Indien jij of jouw bedrijf veel kennis in huis heeft, kun je er voor kiezen die kennis te delen op een gastblog op een relevant mediaplatform binnen jouw markt. Zo kun je door mensen te interesseren en te leren over een onderwerp kennis laten maken met jouw bedrijf. Omdat dit waarschijnlijk zeer vakinhoudelijk is, is de kans groot dat er veel potentiële klanten tussen de lezers zitten. Leg de focus op het delen van kennis, niet op het verspreiden van een reclameboodschap. ## Tip 6: Start met videomarketing Al jaren gaat het over videomarketing. Video is de toekomst en het belang van video blijft groeien. Door inhoudelijke video’s te delen op YouTube en deze te delen op sociale media kun je een groot bereik realiseren. Indien je kennis hebt van technische zaken binnen jouw markt kun je bijvoorbeeld overwegen om tutorials te maken, demo’s van software te geven of in video’s (technische) vragen van je kijkers te beantwoorden. ## Tip 7: Testen, testen, testen... Dit is een onderdeel van Tip 4, maar kan zo’n grote impact hebben op je [leadgeneratie](https://www.brightdigital.com/b2b-leadgeneratie), dat we het toch nog even apart benoemen. Met A/B tests kun je twee verschillende versies van je website, e-mail of ander marketingmiddel voorleggen aan je doelgroep en dan kijken welke van de twee het beste presteert. In sommige gevallen levert iets simpels zoals een ander lettertype of een andere kleur knop al een flinke conversiestijging op.  ## Tip 8: Start met inbound marketing Het is vast geen verrassing dat wij als Inbound Marketingbureau hiermee afsluiten: vrijwel alle hierboven genoemde technieken kunnen een onderdeel uitmaken van je Inbound Marketing-strategie. Door Inbound Marketing toe te passen werk je aan een duurzame marketingstrategie die jarenlang voor jouw bedrijf leads genereert, ook al besteed je er geen geld en aandacht meer aan. Dit in tegenstelling tot [outbound marketing](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/het-verschil-tussen-inbound-en-outbound-marketing), waar je voortdurend geld moet besteden aan het steeds duurder wordende online adverteren om de aandacht van je potentiële klanten te kopen. Door goed te inventariseren wie je potentiële klanten zijn en wat hun vragen en uitdagingen zijn, ga je met Inbound Marketing zorgen dat je in blogartikelen of andere content antwoorden en oplossingen aanbiedt.
