Deze vernieuwingen zijn gebaseerd op waardevolle klantfeedback en maken jouw gebruikservaring nog eenvoudiger en beter. Elke maand houdt Bright je op de hoogte van de nieuwste HubSpot-updates. Dit zijn de belangrijkste updates van september! ## 1. Nieuwe CRM-weergaven (indexpagina's) HubSpot vernieuwt de CRM Indexpagina’s en dat is goed nieuws voor iedereen die dagelijks met CRM-data werkt. De nieuwe flexibele CRM-views geven je meer controle over hoe je overzichten eruitzien en functioneren. Je bepaalt zelf hoe compact of ruim je weergave is, kiest een stijl (zoals zebra-striping voor beter leesgemak) en kunt nu ook data op nieuwe manieren visualiseren. ![crm-views](https://www.brightdigital.com/hs-fs/hubfs/crm-views.webp?width=601&height=277&name=crm-views.webp) Wat is er nieuw? Je kunt je CRM-data nu bekijken als kalender, Gantt-diagram, rapportweergave of aangepast bord, afhankelijk van je workflow. Daarnaast helpen kolom-inzichten met AI en CRM-metrics je om trends direct te herkennen zonder extra rapportages. (Beschikbaar voor alle licenties vanaf Starter+) ## 2. Leads nu volledig ondersteund in workflow-associaties HubSpot breidt de association actions uit naar het Lead-object. Dit betekent dat je in workflows nu ook automatisch relaties kunt aanmaken, labels toevoegen, wijzigen of verwijderen tussen leads en andere CRM-records. Handmatig koppelen of labelen van leads is dus verleden tijd. Waarom dit handig is Tot nu toe kon je associaties alleen automatiseren voor contacten, bedrijven, deals, tickets en custom objects. Met deze update kun je leads eindelijk op dezelfde manier beheren. Dit is ideaal voor organisaties die leads apart registreren voordat ze doorgaan naar marketing of sales. Zo blijft je CRM consistent, voorkom je dubbele data en houd je beter overzicht over je pipeline. Praktijkvoorbeeld Een marketingworkflow kan nu automatisch een lead koppelen aan de juiste accountmanager én voorzien van het label “inbound lead”. Zodra de lead gekwalificeerd wordt, kan dat label automatisch worden aangepast naar “sales ready”. (Beschikbaar voor Professional & Enterprise Hubs)** ** ## 3. Slimme CRM-velden voor contacten in HubSpot Je kunt nu slimme CRM-velden (properties) aanmaken op contactrecords. Daarmee laat je HubSpot automatisch de meest relevante info invullen, zodat je sneller segmenteert, persoonlijker communiceert en minder handmatig bijwerkt. Denk aan: “hoogst behaalde opleiding” (uit een geüpload cv-bestand), “eerste gespreksonderwerp” (uit call-transcripts) of “pijnpunten” (gehaald uit de laatste gesprekken). Praktijkvoorbeeld Na een discovery call vult HubSpot automatisch de CRM-velden 'belangrijk pijnpunt' en 'next steps ' op het contact. Je maakt een lijst met alle contacten waar het veld 'pijnpunt' bijvoorbeeld 'datasilo’s' is en triggert een workflow die een follow-up mail + case studie verstuurt. Zo ziet sales ziet in één oogopslag de context en marketing stuurt gerichte mailings zonder extra handwerk. (Beschikbaar via HubSpot Credits) ## 4. Ideaal voor marketeers die regelmatig (fysieke) events organiseren en hun inschrijfproces willen automatiseren. Waarom dit handig is Tot nu toe moest je deelnemers vaak handmatig toevoegen of via een API koppeling. Met deze update koppel je eenvoudig je aanmeldformulier aan een workflow die nieuwe inschrijvingen direct toevoegt aan je evenement in HubSpot. Zo heb je altijd een actuele deelnemerslijst én kun je follow-ups, e-mails en herinneringen automatisch laten verlopen. (Beschikbaar voor alle licenties) ## 5. Nieuwe Sales Meeting AI Notetaker HubSpot heeft de Sales Meeting Notetaker gelanceerd. Een AI-tool die automatisch je verkoopgesprekken opneemt, transcribeert en samenvat in HubSpot. Gebruik je eigen AI-tool in HubSpot workflows HubSpot opent de deur naar écht maatwerk in automatisering: je kunt nu je eigen LLM (Large Language Model), zoals OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Gemini, Cohere of xAI (Grok), koppelen aan HubSpot en gebruiken binnen custom workflow actions. Waarom dit handig is Je bepaalt zelf welke AI het beste past bij jouw organisatie, kostenstructuur en use cases. Zo kun je workflows bouwen die AI-output direct combineren met HubSpot-acties, zoals automatische samenvattingen van deals of gepersonaliseerde notificaties naar sales.
