Daarnaast wil je ook niet te snel opgeven. Op basis van data heeft HubSpot bepaald dat zeven pogingen het optimale aantal is om in contact te proberen komen met de lead. Vergeet niet dat als het contact eenmaal is gelegd, de resterende stappen komen te vervallen.** ## Werkdag 1: Telefonisch contact - Introductie Introduceer jezelf en refereer eventueel naar de gedownloade content of bekeken webpagina’s. Geef aan dat je geïnteresseerd bent in wat hij/zij van de content vond. Bedenk ook wat je wilt vertellen als de telefoon overgaat naar voicemail. ## Werkdag 2: E-mail - Introductie Het uitgeschreven voicemail script kan in dit geval ook dienen als e-mail. Zorg dat de e-mail consistent is met de voicemail, deze keer kun je echter daadwerkelijk een table setter aanbod doen, denk aan een quick scan of een workshop. ## Werkdag 4: LinkedIn - Introductie Stuur een connectieverzoek op LinkedIn. Geef in het bericht direct aan waarom je dit verzoek stuurt en waar je de prospect mee denkt te kunnen helpen. ## Werkdag 5: Telefonisch contact - Waarde creëren Ga in op het probleem waarvan je weet dat veel van je klanten die in een gelijke situatie zitten ervaren. Nodig uit tot een gesprek over deze uitdagingen. ## Werkdag 6: E-mail - Aanbod Het uitgeschreven voicemail script van dag 5 dient weer als basis voor de e-mail. Deze keer kun je echter het aanbod van de table setter nogmaals doen. Geef aan dat organisaties zoals die van de prospect in het verleden flink geholpen zijn met jouw quick scan / workshop / brainstorm sessie. ## Werkdag 9: Telefonisch contact - Break-up “Goedendag X, met [naam] van [bedrijfsnaam] nogmaals. Ik heb je een aantal keer proberen te bereiken om [uitdaging] te bespreken. Aangezien ik nog geen reactie heb gehad ga ik er vanuit dat mijn hulp op dit moment niet nodig is. Ik stuur je een e-mail met mijn contactgegevens.” ## Werkdag 10: E-mail - Break-up Stuur de beloofde mail met een pakkende titel.
