Wat voor foto’s zou een softwarebedrijf moeten posten? Of fabrikanten van enorme industriële machines? Passen die machines wel op één foto? Vast niet, maar dat hoeft ook niet. Instagram voor bedrijven gaat namelijk vooral om de mensen áchter die software en machines, niet om jouw product. In dit blog leg ik uit hoe je Instagram voor jouw bedrijf inzet en hoe je een social hub publiceren op Instagram nog makkelijker maakt.** ## De belangrijkste vraag: gebruikt mijn doelgroep Instagram? De vraag die je je áltijd moet stellen als je overweegt een nieuw kanaal te gebruiken voor je marketing is: gebruikt mijn doelgroep het? Denk aan die ideale klant wiens aandacht je met al jouw marketingactiviteiten probeert te krijgen. Richt je je bijvoorbeeld op designers, modelabels, architecten of andere creatievelingen die zich op een visueel product oriënteren? Dan doe je er waarschijnlijk goed aan om te starten met Instagram. Behoort jouw doelgroep niet tot die categorie? Dan is de kans wat kleiner dat zij actief zijn op het platform. Ook voor de laatste categorie is Instagram trouwens geen ondenkbare zet. Het platform helpt je namelijk niet alleen aan nieuwe klanten; het helpt ook om je merk bekender te maken en draagt bij aan jouw [Inbound recruitmentstrategie](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/de-juiste-kandidaten-aantrekken-met-inbound-recruitment)! Daarover verderop meer, eerst leg ik je uit hoe je een zakelijk account aanmaakt. ## Een zakelijk account maken Een Instagram account voor je bedrijf begint bij een pakkende naam en een goede profielafbeelding. Dat kan het logo van je bedrijf zijn of een herkenbare foto die je op meerdere kanalen gebruikt. Schrijf een duidelijke biografie en link naar de belangrijkste pagina van je website. Dat kan natuurlijk je homepage zijn, maar ook de ‘Over ons’ pagina of je blog, net wat jouw doelgroep het meest zal aanspreken. Zet deze content alvast klaar en ga naar de Instagram app of website om een account aan te maken. Hierbij is het belangrijk dat je zorgt dat degene die dit account aanmaakt, ook beheerder is van de [Facebook company page](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/linkedin-bedrijfspagina-maak-gebruik-van-showcases). Alleen dan kun je de platformen aan elkaar koppelen en een zakelijk account van je Instagram profiel maken. Het verschil tussen een zakelijk en gewoon Instagram account is de extra bedrijfsinformatie die je kunt toevoegen. Zo kun je een bedrijfscategorie kiezen en verschijnen er contactknoppen voor e-mail, telefoon en route. Handig voor volgers die direct contact met je willen opnemen. ## Aansprekende foto’s en video's Nu jouw account gemaakt is, kun je beginnen met publiceren. Zorg dat je mooie foto’s en leuke video’s klaar hebt staan die je de komende dagen of weken kunt publiceren. Laat hiermee niet alleen zien welke zakelijke problemen je oplost of hoe je product eruitziet, maar laat vooral zien waar jouw bedrijf dagelijks mee bezig is. Hoe ziet het kantoor of de werkplaats eruit, wie zijn je collega’s en wat houdt hen bezig? Bekijk bijvoorbeeld onze tijdlijn hiernaast, of [op Instagram zelf](https://www.instagram.com/). Doe van tevoren onderzoek naar interessante hashtags die jouw doelgroep gebruikt en zorg hiermee dat ze jouw berichten tegenkomen. Dat wordt steeds makkelijker, omdat je op Instagram nu ook hashtags kunt volgen. ## Ga live en adverteer voor een extra boost Gebruik de Verhalen functie om af en toe live updates te delen, bijvoorbeeld tijdens een evenement of bijzondere activiteit. Je kunt zelfs écht live gaan waardoor volgers direct met je meekijken. Zo krijgen potentiële collega’s alvast een goede indruk van de sfeer in het bedrijf. Promoot op je andere kanalen dat je nu ook te vinden bent op Instagram, beschrijf wat je daar deelt en voeg de link toe op je website. Zo trek je jouw bestaande publiek ook naar Instagram. Valt het aantal volgers na een aantal weken nog tegen? Dan kun je er altijd voor kiezen om met advertenties te werken. In dit artikel geef ik je tips om Instagram advertenties in te zetten om nieuwe collega’s te vinden. ## Maak het jezelf makkelijk, gebruik een social hub Hartstikke leuk natuurlijk, al die sociale kanalen zoals Instagram waarop jouw bedrijf actief is, maar hoe houd je het overzicht? Met een social hub maak je het jezelf makkelijk. Social hubs zijn software tools waarmee je diverse social media accounts tegelijk kunt managen. Dit gaat vaak verder dan het plaatsen van updates. Ze helpen je ook om op reacties of mentions te reageren, resultaten te meten, nieuwe volgers te zoeken en zelfs je advertenties te beheren.
