Al die soorten marketing om de klant te vangen en te verleiden naar jouw bedrijf…** Maar is dat waarom jouw bedrijf bestaat? Volgens mij is jullie bedrijf begonnen omdat er een idee, een gat in de markt was. Daar heb je al je tijd en energie in gestoken en wil je deze passie met je klanten delen. Maar hoe bereik je je klanten zonder ‘te manipuleren’ uhm goede marketing? Het populaire alternatief heet: [‘inbound marketing’](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/hoe-start-je-met-inbound-marketing). ## Marketing overbodig? Vergeet alles wat je tot nu toe dacht over het ‘manipulatiegedrag’ van marketeers. In een wereld waar trends als authenticiteit en eerlijkheid steeds belangrijker zijn wordt het tijd voor een nieuwe visie op marketing: inbound marketing. In alle eerlijkheid je zult diverse onderdelen gaan herkennen maar haak niet af het is echt iets anders. ## Klant overbodig? Uiteraard wist je dat het oorspronkelijk in marketing niet om de marketeer maar de klant gaat? Dus weer terug naar de basis: met inbound marketing zorg je voor informatieve content waarmee je mensen naar je website trekt, waar ze meer leren over wat de toepassingen zijn van je product of dienst is en hoe ze hun problemen het beste kunnen oplossen. Inbound marketing richt zich niet op zenden, adverteren>, het kopen van e-maillijsten, of cold calling. Maar is gebaseerd op een methode die bedrijven helpt hun klanten te interesseren, te overtuigen, te activeren en te inspireren. Dus van anonieme bezoekers naar leads en tot loyale klanten. ## Samenwerking hard nodig De klant kan niet zonder marketeer en de marketeer niet zonder klant. Door die wederkerigheid te erkennen is het tijd voor een betere afstemming. In het koopproces doorloopt de klant (on)bewust een aantal stappen. Je bent dan niet het bedrijf die schreeuwt hoe goed je bent maar luistert en de klant beter begrijpt. Met inbound marketing wil je begrijpen wat de belangrijkste prioriteiten (pijnpunten) zijn die je kunt oplossen. Wat verwacht deze persoon vervolgens van de oplossing en tegen welke barrières loopt hij aan? Deze inzichten verwerk je in jouw content. Daarnaast is een goed inzicht in het koopproces nodig en niet te vergeten volgens welke beslissingscriteria er gekozen wordt. Dit is van belang zodat je kunt bepalen op welke momenten je je doelgroep het beste kunt overtuigen. Inbound marketing helpt jouw hierbij. Door in elke fase dat te bieden waar hij behoefte aan heeft. Daarmee krijgt de klant vertrouwen en wil een relatie met jou en krijg je fans in plaats van hooligans. Hierdoor hebben jullie samen een beter gevoel en wordt je (mogelijk) slimmer dan de concurrent. ## Informatie geven altijd nodig! De klant doorloopt een proces van besluitvorming: eerst is hij een anonieme bezoeker maar geïnteresseerd, het is aan jou om hem te overtuigen en te activeren om met jou zaken te willen doen. Maar het aller belangrijkste is dat je een klant loyaal houdt en hem blijft inspireren met relevante content. Hiervoor kun je in elke fase de juiste online marketing middelen gebruiken om zo de klant te helpen in zijn zoektocht naar de oplossing. De elementen zijn je mogelijk bekend en worden al toegepast maar het wordt anders als je het als methode samenvoegt.
