Maar wist je ook dat een zakelijke ****website aan de basis staat voor het binnenhalen van leads? In dit artikel lees je waarom een goede zakelijke ****website zorgt voor meer en betere leads, noemen we enkele voorbeelden van zakelijke websites die leads ****genereren én leggen we je uit waar je moet zijn om een zakelijke website te laten maken.** ## De zakelijke website als lead generator Consumenten zullen sneller een impulsaankoop doen dan bedrijven. Bedrijven gaan eerst op onderzoek uit en willen weten of de dienst of het product dat ze willen afnemen van een betrouwbaar bedrijf af komt. De doorlooptijd naar een aankoop in B2B is dan ook vaak veel langer. Neem nou het maken van een website. Je gaat eerst op onderzoek uit en komt dan waarschijnlijk tot een shortlist van een aantal mogelijke leveranciers.  Je bekijkt de website van het bedrijf, eventueel reviews en besluit dan of je contact op wil nemen met die partij. Of je besluit dat je het laten maken van je website misschien nog  even uitstelt. Zo werkt het ook voor jouw zakelijke website. Je potentiële klant zal op je website terechtkomen en wil daar de informatie vinden waar hij of zij naar op zoek is, voordat hij zijn gegevens achterlaat. Met een goede zakelijke website zorg je ervoor de eerste indruk goed is, maar vooral ook dat je de juiste informatie en conversiepunten aanbiedt op het juiste moment zodat je van de juiste bezoekers leads maakt. ## Hoe haal je leads binnen op een zakelijke website? Leads komen niet vanzelf binnenwaaien op je website. Wanneer je een zakelijke website laat maken, is het goed om eerst een beeld te krijgen van je bezoeker en hetgeen hij wil vinden op jouw website. Met andere woorden:  Wie is jouw [*Buyer persona*](https://www.brightdigital.com/breng-je-doelgroep-in-kaart-met-een-buyer-persona-workshop) (ideale klant) en welke [*Buyer’s journey*](https://www.brightdigital.com/customer-journey) (klantreis) doorloopt hij? Wanneer je dit in kaart hebt gebracht, heb je een beter beeld bij de conversiepunten die je in kunt zetten voor iedere fase van de Buyer’s journey. Zo kunnen er bezoekers zijn die zich nog in een oriënterende fase bevinden. Zij willen eerst meer informatie tot zich nemen voordat ze overgaan tot actie. Die informatie kun je bijvoorbeeld aanbieden in de vorm van : - Blogs - Whitepapers - E-books Zorg daarnaast voor conversiepunten voor bezoekers die al in de overwegingsfase zitten maar wellicht nog twijfelen of op zoek zijn naar bevestiging. Deze kun je aanbieden met bijvoorbeeld deze content: - Referenties - Klantcases - Vergelijking papers Wanneer je bezoekers klaar zijn om een beslissing te nemen, moet je er voor zorgen dat ze makkelijk met je in contact kunnen komen. Buiten een goede  contactpagina zijn daar nog tal van mogelijkheden voor, bijvoorbeeld: - Het aanvragen van een offerte - Een demo - Een call inplannen - Via een chat  Elke bezoeker heeft eigen wensen als het gaat om contact opnemen met een bedrijf. De ene wil direct een antwoord op een vraag via de chat, een ander wil graag terugkoppeling per mail of alleen bellen. Door meerdere opties aan te bieden, is de kans groter dat je iedereen aanspreekt.  ## Voorbeelden van zakelijke websites Een goede zakelijke website is een website die op maat gemaakt is voor jouw bedrijf - en nog belangrijker - jouw ideale klant. Wanneer je de focus legt op je klant in plaats van je dienst of product, zorg je ervoor dat je zakelijke website zich meer onderscheidt van je concurrent.  Voorbeelden van zakelijke websites die leads genereren vind je op onze portfolio pagina: ### ICTRecht [ICTRecht](https://www.ictrecht.nl/) was al voorzien van een goede zakelijke website die erg veel bezoekers trok, maar met de website waren ze niet in staat om  genoeg bezoekers om te zetten tot leads. Begin 2020 is de website daarom geheel vernieuwd met meer en betere conversiemogelijkheden gericht op de verschillende doelgroepen. De doelgroep kan zich direct aanmelden voor trainingen, in de blogs zijn meerdere conversiepunten ingericht en er wordt vanuit alle content doorgelinkt naar gerelateerde Call-to-actions. Ze passen al een paar jaar de Inbound Marketing strategie toe en halen hiermee leads aan de lopende band binnen. In 2019 is ervoor gekozen om ook de website een onderdeel te laten vormen van die Inbound Marketing strategie door deze te bouwen in het HubSpot CMS. Hierdoor wordt er voor de website, marketing én sales gebruik gemaakt van 1 platform en is het nog makkelijker om leads binnen te halen en om te zetten naar klanten. Daarnaast hebben ze maar liefst 60% meer leads weten te genereren met de nieuwe website. ** ### Moso Ook [Moso](https://www.moso.eu/nl/), wereldleider in bamboe,  had al een goede website als basis staan. Echter konden zij de website niet beheren zoals ze dit zelf wilden, doordat ze werkten met een CMS die beperkte mogelijkheden had. Daarnaast was het voor hen belangrijk om inzicht te hebben  in wanneer en waarom iemand hun e-mailadres wil achterlaten. Met dit in het achterhoofd is er een nieuwe zakelijke website gebouwd in Wordpress. Een website die ze zelf kunnen beheren, en gericht is om de bezoekers om te zetten tot leads. Bijvoorbeeld met een handige floor navigator, die de gebruiker direct helpt om de juiste bamboevloer uit te kiezen.
