Zoals gezegd doorloopt een potentiële klant een zogenaamde klantreis, of customer journey, door jouw bedrijf. Die reis begint met oriënteren en eindigt met een aankoop van jouw product of dienst. In elke fase van de customer journey heeft je klant echter behoefte aan andere informatie die in een andere vorm gepresenteerd wordt. Iemand die zich oriënteert heeft namelijk een bredere scope dan iemand die al precies weet welk product of dienst hij/zij wil aanschaffen. [Lees dan het blog 'Wat is de customer journey'.](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/wat-is-de-customer-journey) ## De drie fasen van de customer journey De customer journey kent drie fasen: - De oriëntatiefase: hierin beseft een (potentiële) koper dat hij/zij een probleem of uitdaging heeft. - De overwegingsfase: hierin definieert de (potentiële) koper zijn probleem of uitdaging en onderzoekt hij/zij de mogelijke oplossingen. - De beslissingsfase: de koper kiest voor een bepaalde oplossing en gaat over tot aankoop. Een consument komt via verschillende kanalen en op verschillende momenten in aanraking met je bedrijf. Het is dus zaak dat je allerlei activiteiten via diverse middelen en kanalen uitrolt om je (potentiële) kopers ook daadwerkelijk te bereiken. De uitdaging daarin is om erachter te komen welke (typen) content voor jouw doelgroep effectief zijn en welke niet. ## Typen content per fase In de oriëntatiefase is het slim om content in te zetten in de vorm van: - Blogartikelen - Social media posts - E-books - Whitepapers - Onderzoeksrapporten c.q. certificeringen/cursussen In de overwegingsfase kun je gebruik maken van content typen: - Expert guides - Webinars - Live interacties - Whitepapers met vergelijkingen tussen jou en je concurrentie In de beslissingfase is het zaak om de juiste aanbieding op het juiste moment voor te schotelen. Dit werkt goed in de vorm van content typen als: - Case studies - Trial offers - Demo’s - Product gerelateerde informatie ## Meer over de customer journey?
