Niet gek, want welk bedrijf wil er nu niet op een kwalitatieve manier leads verzamelen? [Marketing Automation](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/wat-is-marketing-automation) speelt een belangrijke rol binnen deze inbound strategie. Met Marketing Automation kan ieder segment binnen de [doelgroep](https://www.brightdigital.com/breng-je-doelgroep-in-kaart-met-een-buyer-persona-workshop) geautomatiseerd bewerkt worden. Op deze manier hoeft er geen handmatig werk verricht te worden. ## Inbound Marketing tooling HubSpot is een Inbound Marketing tool die Marketing Automation tot in de puntjes mogelijk maakt. Naast marketing draagt de [HubSpot](https://www.brightdigital.com/hubspot) tool ook bij aan sales en CRM. In deze blog zullen we ons enkel beperken tot marketing automation, maar wees je er dus ook van bewust dat het slechts een klein onderwerp binnen HubSpot is. ## Het verzamelen van contactgegevens De eerste stap van Marketing Automation is het verzamelen van contactgegevens. Voor het verzamelen van contactgegevens is het belangrijk dat de klant waarde terugkrijgt. Anders zullen deze bezoekers logischerwijs geen gegevens achterlaten. Deze waarde kan via [Content Marketing](https://www.brightdigital.com/content-marketing-strategie) aangeboden worden in de vorm van een whitepaper, zelftest of een webinar. In HubSpot zet je het content offer middels een [landingspagina](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/haal-meer-conversie-landingspagina) met formulier achter grendel. ## Triggers Acties die bezoekers ondernemen op de website of tijdens het openen van een e-mail worden triggers genoemd. Marketing Automation kent diverse triggers. Hierbij moet je denken aan:   - Klikken op een [call-to-action](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/wat-is-een-goede-call-to-action) - Bezoeken van een bepaalde pagina - Klikken op de link binnen een bepaalde mail Er kunnen geautomatiseerde acties ingesteld worden nadat de triggers geraadpleegd worden. Zo kan er een mailtje verzonden worden met het [whitepaper](https://www.brightdigital.com/nl/blog/whitepaper-schrijven-gebruik-de-80-whitepaper-regel) nadat iemand het contactformulier ingevuld heeft. Dit is slechts het begin van Marketing Automation.
