What is a content management system (CMS)?

A content management system (CMS) is a system in which you manage content of a website without needing a lot of technical knowledge. With a CMS, you manage the content of your website in a private environment. Here you create, for example, website pages or blog posts.

CMS systems are especially interesting for websites where content is regularly expanded. Well-known examples of content management systems are: Wordpress, Joomla! and Drupal.

HubSpot CMS

HubSpot has its own CMS. Just like systems like Wordpress, Joomla! and Drupal, it allows you to create and manage your pages in a user-friendly way.

In addition, HubSpot's software offers various additional features that other systems often require additional software or plugins for. Think of things like landing pages, CTAs, analytics, SEO functionalities, etc.
