HubSpot CRM gives you complete control over the marketing and sales process and boosts the productivity of all teams building relationships with customers.

What is HubSpot CRM?

HubSpot CRM is HubSpot' s 100% free system for Customer Relationship Management. With the HubSpot CRM system, your organization is able to centrally store and manage all valuable customer and lead information. In this way, you get answers to questions like:

  • Who are our customers and leads?
  • Which contacts of a particular company do we interact with?
  • How do our customers and leads interact with our organization?

360-degree lead & customer view

With HubSpot CRM, all contact information comes together in one place. Not just Sales information, but also valuable information from Marketing and possibly the Service/Support department:

  • Name data
  • Email conversations
  • Telephone calls
  • Tasks
  • Website activity, such as pages visited, downloads or contact requests (i.c.w. Marketing Hub)
  • Tickets (i.c.w. Service Hub)

All information is conveniently presented in a timeline. That timeline starts at the moment the contact is received and displays all touch points with your company across all departments.

360 degree business view

In B2B companies, decisions are rarely made by one person. In practice, you are dealing with Decision Making Units (DMUs), or a group of people involved in and influencing decision-making. Not infrequently, therefore, sales does not interact with just one person, but with several.

Especially for this, HubSpot CRM has a timeline not only for contacts, but also for companies. All company-wide information across multiple contacts is presented here conveniently on a single timeline.

In addition, HubSpot automatically enriches information based on the Internet domain and tells you, for example, how many people work at the company, or what industry the company operates in.

Pipeline management

HubSpot CRM gives you full control over the sales pipeline: easily create sales opportunities (deals) and manage their progress with drag & drop.

Setting up the sales process has never been easier: with just a few clicks, you set up the sales process in HubSpot CRM exactly the way your organization wants it. Of course, HubSpot helps you get started with a suggested pipeline, but you easily deviate from this where you wish. With a few clicks, define your own stages in your sales process. You don't need IT or a developer to do this. HubSpot guides you right through it.

Once set up, HubSpot clearly visualizes the pipeline in a dashboard. Does a lead move up a step in the sales process after a good sales call? With a simple drag and drop motion, you pick up the lead and move it one step further in the pipeline. Sales will love it!

Tasks

Create tasks for yourself or your colleagues so that you don't forget to follow-up on a lead, for example, or when you have made certain appointments with a lead or customer. Tasks are of course also linked to a contact and are visible in the timeline of that contact.

E-mail tracking: integration with Outlook, Office 365, Gmail & G Suite

Thanks to the handy integrations with Outlook, Office 365, Gmail and G Suite, you know exactly when a lead opens an e-mail sent by you and clicks on a link in the e-mail. Never before has your follow-up been so well timed. All contact information is available in your email application and all emails are logged in the CRM and linked to the right contact.

Do you often send the same emails to leads and customers that you know are effective and getting results, but find yourself copying and pasting text every time? Email templates from HubSpot will save you a lot of time then! Build your own email library and create new emails with one click.

Schedule Meetings

Give leads and customers the ability to make an appointment with you directly via a link. Use this link in your email signature, for example, to alert your contacts that they can easily make an appointment with you.

You decide at what times this is possible and, of course, HubSpot takes existing appointments in your calendar into account.

Live chat & chatbots

Give leads and customers the opportunity to engage with you live via a live chat on the website, or deploy a chatbot to provide website visitors with information even outside opening hours, or combine live chat and chatbots in a smart way to make more efficient use of your time.
