From individual emails to a scalable partner flow in HubSpot

About our client
Frank Energy is a Dutch energy supplier that focuses on simplicity, technology and transparency. They offer dynamic energy contracts that allow customers to benefit from real-time power prices. In order to scale up quickly, Frank Energie works with an active dealer network. These partners play a crucial role in the company's growth. By deploying smart digital processes, Frank Energie aims to provide an optimal user experience not only to customers, but also to partners.
The challenge
Connecting new partners was largely done manually. Interested parties sent an e-mail asking "I want to become a partner", after which the sales or service team had to do everything themselves: follow-up, contract agreements, communication and the creation of partner pages. This process was error-prone, not scalable and time-consuming. Frank Energie wanted to structure this, automate the process and centralize everything in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with the goal of more overview, speed and a professional experience for partners.
Our approach
Bright Digital designed and implemented a fully automated partner flow in HubSpot. The request now starts with a smart form on the website. Once this is completed, a deal is automatically created in HubSpot. Based on this action, a workflow is activated that handles the request route: review, automatic confirmation, contract generation and onboarding.
The contract is created via a HubSpot form, keeping all information centrally available. After signing, a partner page is automatically created, which immediately allows the partner to bring in leads or customers through their own environment. Finally, the partner receives an email with access to a marketing package, including downloadable resources. This way, everything is taken care of in one flow, without any manual actions from the team.

The result
What was previously a time-consuming and disjointed process has now become a streamlined and scalable flow. The sales team easily keeps track of new and ongoing partner requests, and hardly needs to intervene anymore. Partners are quickly and professionally onboarded, with access to all necessary resources. The partner experience is now fully aligned with Frank Energie's innovative and digital vision.
