**Systony joins Bright Digital's rapidly growing HubSpot Powerhouse. With this strategic entry, Bright Digital strengthens its position as the largest HubSpot ELITE partner in the Benelux. With a team of more than 125 professionals, Bright Digital now has even more capacity and expertise to meet the increasing market demand. The growth strategy is supported by investment company DELTA Equity Partners.**

### **Strongest ELITE partner in the Benelux**

"The integration of Systony fits perfectly with our ambition to become the absolute market leader in the Benelux before we expand our business to other countries," said Lambert van Asselt, responsible for acquisitions at Bright Digital. "Systony's exceptional expertise in complex CRM implementations and integrations complements our existing knowledge and skills very well. "This is the second transaction after BrixCRM with a strong focus on CRM, something that fits well with HubSpot's strategic direction as a leading CRM platform."

### **Why Systony?**

Systony is known for its high customer satisfaction, deep knowledge of HubSpot and CRM technology, and solid reputation as a consultant and implementation partner of innovative CRM solutions. Systony's physical presence in South Holland also provides a valuable extension of Bright Digital's geographic coverage.

Martijn Rijnders, CEO of Systony, explains the choice: “By joining Bright Digital we are responding to the ongoing evolution of the HubSpot ecosystem, the increasing complexity of customer needs and the need to scale our capacity. Access to the extensive resources and expertise of Bright Digital, the largest ELITE partner in the Benelux, will allow us to accelerate our growth while continuing to provide the quality of service our customers expect from us.”

### **About Systony**

Systony, founded in 2004 by Gertjan van Vugt and Martijn Rijnders, is a HubSpot Diamond Partner with a strong focus on implementing complex CRM solutions and integrations. The company distinguishes itself through its customer-centric approach and innovative solutions, helping companies reach their full potential.

### **About HubSpot**

HubSpot is an AI-driven CRM platform with all the software, integrations and resources you need to best connect your marketing, sales and customer service. HubSpot is rapidly gaining ground worldwide against other leading CRM vendors. With increasing demand and a strategic focus on larger customers, HubSpot is looking for strong partners in every region with high capacity and expertise. The current market consolidation, in which smaller partners are merging into larger organizations, is fully in line with HubSpot's vision.
