In 2023, Vet Digital, Bright Digital and DELTA Equity Partners joined forces to create a HubSpot Powerhouse. After a year of successful collaboration, on September 1, 2024 Vet Digital will also operate under the name Bright Digital. With this change, Bright Digital, boasting over 75 employees, four locations, and numerous accreditations, immediately becomes the largest HubSpot Partner in the Benelux.

## Joint focus on HubSpot

Bright Digital has deliberately chosen to center their core activities around the HubSpot Customer Platform. With HubSpot, companies can grow better thanks to powerful software. The platform seamlessly connects data, teams, and customers on a single AI-driven platform that grows with the business. As a full-service HubSpot partner, Bright Digital supports customers in maximizing the return on their business with the help of HubSpot.

## Merger of Bright and Vet

Johan Lammers, CEO and co-founder of Bright Digital, says: “We approached the merger of the companies carefully and gradually by first starting a collaboration. Behind the scenes, we ensured that all processes seamlessly align. Thanks to the successful merger, our customers now benefit from deeper and broader expertise.” Lambert van Asselt, CMO and co-founder of Bright Digital, adds: “Vet and Bright are very similar in terms of culture, services, and quality. We have been working together for a while, and it feels like we are already one big family.” Erik Verpoort, founder of Vet Digital, further notes: “By merging into one company, we are able to serve both the mid-market and corporate market. Moreover, companies need not only a specialist but also strategic advice and guidance in their digital transition.”

## The new Bright

Recently, Bright Digital was chosen as Partner of the Year in the Benelux region by HubSpot. Additionally, the organization made a notable entry in the Emerce100 in the ‘specialized’ category and secured a spot in the Top 250 Fastest-Growing Companies (according to the annual study by the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship). It is no surprise that more and more prestigious brands are finding their way to the new Bright Digital.
Bright Digital has the ambition to grow further in the European market and to better serve customers by attracting even more knowledge and resources. From September 1, Bright Digital will continue its operations from its offices in Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Nijmegen, and Copenhagen, fully committed to increasing the return on their customers' business.

For inquiries regarding this press release, please contact:
