Efficient product display in HubSpot with a Plytix integration

About our client

Nextmune is an international organization focused on pet health, offering innovative solutions in allergy, dermatology, and nutrition. With a team of scientists and veterinarians, the company develops products that help manage allergies, support skin health, and promote overall well-being in animals. Through a HubSpot-based website, Nextmune aims to provide an optimized customer journey for both pet owners and veterinarians, ensuring easy access to trusted solutions and expert support.

The challenge

Nextmune uses Plytix, a Product Information Management (PIM) platform, to centrally manage all their products. Plytix provides a solution that allows companies to efficiently manage and distribute their product information across multiple channels. For Nextmune, a key requirement was to be able to synchronize the product information from Plytix with HubSpot to automatically display the products on the website. Moreover, the correct product information and different variants had to be available in the all language versions of the website, depending on the visitor's location.

Our approach


An automated product integration with Plytix and HubSpot

To best serve Nextmune, we developed an integration that periodically retrieves product data from Plytix and synchronizes it with HubSpot. This integration ensures that products in HubSpot are automatically created, updated or deleted depending on changes made in Plytix.

Products are automatically filtered and classified by country and language. This allows us to ensure that website visitors always see the correct version of the product, depending on their location.

When new features are created in Plytix, they are automatically propagated to HubSpot, making all relevant information for the products immediately available on Nextmune's website.

Products are linked together with unique identifiers. This makes it possible to show related products and variants on the website. For example, consider products specific to certain allergies or pet health needs.

The result

By integrating Plytix with HubSpot, Nextmune now has a streamlined product display on its website. Key results include:

  • Automatic product data synchronization: All product information is automatically retrieved from Plytix and synchronized with HubSpot, ensuring a consistent and up-to-date display on the website without manual work.

  • Language and country-specific product display: Products are automatically filtered based on the user's country and language settings, resulting in a personalized and relevant product experience on Nextmune's website.

  • Dynamic updates in HubSpot: New features are instantly forwarded to HubSpot and dynamically added to the HubDB, ensuring product pages are always up-to-date with recent data.

  • Improved customer experience: Automated integration and dynamic product display make it faster and easier for visitors to find the right products, increasing customer satisfaction and improving website conversion.
