What determines HubSpot's price?

HubSpot's price is not the same for everyone. That's precisely the strength of the platform. You pay only for what you actually use. Whether you have a team of five or an entire commercial organization with sales, service and marketing departments: HubSpot grows with you.

The Hubs you use

HubSpot consists of five Hubs: Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS and Operations. Each Hub has its own focus and pricing structure. You can start small with one Hub and later expand to a complete customer platform where marketing, sales and service work together within one system.

The type of license

Within each Hub, you choose a license level that suits your ambitions: Starter, Professional or Enterprise. Starter is suitable for teams looking to get started with CRM or marketing, Professional offers more automation and reporting, and Enterprise targets larger organizations looking to scale with AI and advanced features.

The number of marketing contacts

The Marketing Hub works with marketing contacts: contacts you actively approach with campaigns or emails. The more marketing contacts, the higher the price. You can save inactive contacts as non-marketing contacts for free, keeping your licensing costs manageable and your database clear.

The number of users (Seats)

In HubSpot, you pay for active users, called Seats. Only those who actually work in the system - building campaigns or managing deals, for example - need a paid Seat. Team members who just want to watch can get free access through view-only permissions.

AI credits

More and more functions within HubSpot use AI to write texts, analyze data or optimize campaigns. For this, you get a number of AI credits each month, depending on your license. If you use more, you can easily purchase additional credits with no surprises in cost.
