1. Standard integration

We set up the link via HubSpot App Marketplace/Data Sync, with one- or two-way synchronization for contacts and companies. We set up filters, field mappings and ownership, and make sure ticket context is visible where teams need it. We preferably start with a pilot segment and do a dry run, so that mappings, ownership and deduplication have been validated in practice.

2. Custom integration

Do you have specific processes or additional data fields (e.g. SLAs, custom ticket fields, product labels)? Then we expand with customization via API/middleware. Think of conditional logic, additional objects or enrichment towards reports and automation. Where necessary, we use webhooks and event-driven queues with rate-limit-aware batching, so that SLAs and peak volumes are reliably supported.
