About the organization
Puzzle is a leading AI-driven ecosystem that supports organizations in delivering exceptional customer experiences. With contact center, digital interaction and workflow management solutions, Puzzle enables companies to interact with customers efficiently and personally.
The challenge
Puzzel faced the challenge of an outdated Web site with too many pages that were inconsistent in style and usability. Due to company growth and a recent rebranding, the old site no longer met the needs.
The goal was a completely redesigned website within HubSpot that was consistent with the new corporate identity and had a modern, fresh look and feel. The website needed to not only be visually appealing, but also function as a powerful lead generation tool.
Our approach
1. Homepage
Clear contact options and customer-focused call-to-actions ensure visitors find what they need quickly, with the right photography we make sure the visitor feels personally addressed. The result is a user-friendly, conversion-oriented page that puts the customer first.
2. Product pages and conversion pages.
We re-evaluated and tweaked the product pages and conversion pages to improve conversion:

3. Blog redesign.
The blog section has been redesigned to better match the new design of the website. With the quick read functionality, the blog has become more scannable and readable.
Approach for optimal results

With the desired goals, present and future content and budget in mind, the pages are worked out in wireframes. These are then discussed in detail.

The remaining pages are created and filled. Any areas of improvement found during filling and testing are resolved and we set everything up for going live.
Based on the request and requirements, when going live, DNS changes are passed on, SEO plans are implemented and external tools such as Google Tag Manager are set up, among other things.
